1. Scope of Services

PKB Consult provides professional educational counseling, university application processing, document certification review, pre-submission vetting, visa documentation advisory, and pre-departure briefings for prospective international students from Ghana.

2. Authenticity of Applicant Documents

Applicants are solely responsible for ensuring that all academic transcripts, certificates (WASSCE, SSCE, Bachelor's degrees), bank statements, identification documents, and personal details submitted are genuine, authentic, and unaltered. PKB Consult reserves the right to terminate consultancy immediately without refund if fraudulent or falsified documentation is provided.

3. University Admission & Visa Decisions

While PKB Consult utilizes its industry expertise and ICEF-accredited standards to maximize your chances of admission and visa approval:

• Admission Decisions: All decisions regarding university admissions, offers, conditional acceptance, and scholarship awards are made solely by the respective institutions.
• Visa Decisions: The issuance of student visas, transit visas, and entry clearances rests entirely in the jurisdiction of the respective foreign High Commissions, Embassies, and Immigration Authorities (e.g., UKVI, US Department of State, IRCC Canada). PKB Consult does not guarantee visa outcomes.

4. Fees, Payments & Consultations

Consultation fees, institutional application charges, courier costs, and third-party fees (such as embassy visa fees, tuberculosis screening, and blocked account setup) must be paid in accordance with the signed service agreement. Third-party statutory fees paid to universities or embassies are strictly non-refundable according to their respective policies.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, graphics, and text on this website are the intellectual property of PKB Consult. Unauthorized copying, modification, or commercial exploitation is prohibited without prior written consent.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Ghana in Kumasi.
